Rachel Hauck's Cherries in the Snow

Rachel Hauck says, "In December I gathered with some friends in Nashville and dove into this lovely dessert my first night there. 'Twas delish!"

1. Buy angel food cake and pinch it into pieces.

2. Fold in a big tub of Cool Whip.

3. Pour on top a regular-size can of your favorite pie filling. Cherries for me, but it might be apples or strawberries for you.

4. Refrigerate until time to serve.
