Miller's Ritzy Turkey
4 cups leftover turkey or chicken
(cooked) and cut up in small pieces
3 c. turkey or chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tubes Ritz crackers crushed
1 c. diced American cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, minced
1 1/2 c. celery diced
Mix all together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Once baked you can freeze leftovers, thaw and heat in microwave. Now that my husband and I are empty-nesters, I cut into serving pieces and freeze individual servings for our meals. Together with a salad and vegetable, this makes a wonderful meal.
