Roxanne Henke's
In Your Face Pork Chops
About this recipe, Roxanne says, "These pork chops got their name when we were serving them at a family reunion. One of the younger guests had "gobbled up" her chop...then was staring (hard!) at the lone chop on the platter. Her mom asked, "Do you want more?" The young guest nodded. The mom said, "Well then, put it in your face." Ta-da! The recipe was named."

Start with thick cut pork chops--"bone in" is best (NOTE: We like them about 1-1/4 inch thick. Get as many as you plan to have around your table. More if you have "big eaters" coming.)

Marinate the pork chops overnight in an equal mix of:

Soy sauce
Honey
A "dash" of Liquid Smoke

(NOTE: A half-cup of EACH: soy sauce and honey, plus 1 tsp. of "smoke" will be enough for about 6-8 pork chops.)

Marinate in resealable plastic bags, turning frequently for best flavor. If you have more guests coming, just add more ingredients and more bags of pork chops.

Grill over a hot grill for about twenty minutes, turning occasionally. Then, put them in your face! Yum!
