Blasted Tomatoes
Kacy's son, Robert, requested this for his third birthday.
1 lb. lean Italian Sausage.
34 ounces (approx.) packaged or homemade Spaghetti Sauce
Italian herbs to taste
1 6-ounce can Tomato Paste
16 ounces Fusilli or Rigatoni Pasta
Black or Green Olives
Grated Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
Brown sausage, then add the spaghetti
sauce, Italian herbs, and tomato paste. Meanwhile, prepare pasta to
package directions, and pour into lightly oiled 13x9 baking dish.
Spoon Sausage Sauce mixture over pasta and top with sliced olives. Cover with 1 to 2 cups of grated
cheese. Blast in the microwave until cheese is melted. Feeds eight adults or four
teens!
